Over the weekend of Nov 1-2, iFi exhibited at the HiFi News Show (Old Windsor).
We were in the headphones hall and also in Sandringham room 9.
In the headphones hall on demo were:

Upstairs in Sandringham 9, we had the Retro Stereo 50 with Retro LS3.5A speakers.

The Retro Stereo 50 was on headphone duty while the nano iDSD and micro iDSD were fed by iPhone 6 Plus.
The iFi “Big Rig” was fed by computer from JRMC.
Compliments were aplenty but one of the nicest was from a bunch of customers who all attended together and said the iFi “smoked a lot of mega expensive systems”. That certainly made our day!

Lots of vinyl, Hugh Masekela, Dire Straits, Dido, Dvorak, Blade Runner but to name a few.
Despite a mild turnout to the show, the Retro room was constantly full and we had repeat customers. Every female customer were wooed by the Stereo 50’s looks and sounds.
The best compliment was that customers actually told other exhibitors about the sonics of the Retro room. There is no higher compliment than that!
