A swelling battery is likely caused by improper use. To prevent a battery from bloating, we suggest making sure that the device isn’t overheating and that it is kept in a cool area. Make sure you are using a 5v charger and not a fast charger. We also suggest only charging the device to about 80% and waiting until the battery is about 25% depleted before charging again.
