Here is a short quick guide:
- If adding GroundHog+ kills noise – missing earth/ground.
- If adding GroundHog+ does nothing (to noise) – problem elsewhere.
- If adding GroundHog+ makes more hum, (rare but remotely possible) – already has earth/ground.
