Accessory not supported or power insufficient?

Please use a genuine Apple camera connection kit (see other FAQ) then switch on the battery first (it will activate and avoid pulling power from the Apple) then connect it to the Apple device otherwise the iFi device is trying to draw power from the source (thinking its a computer) which in this case is the Apple device will then say no (ie: this accessory is not supported).
